[Defective] No boot

I plug the usb-c, red light is blinking, then blue is blinking.
Ipush the power button for approx 8sec, the blue is steady for 5 sec, then it comes back to red with blue bliking.
I tried soft+hard reset several times : didn't work
I tried with another power bank usbc 45V => same problem.
No answers from [email protected] (from may other email [email protected])
Please advise for replacement.
