Increasing Accuracy of a Trained Model

I would appreciate your response to following question:

Let us say we train an object classification model with 3 objects ID1, ID2, ID3 and then save the model on a SD card. Can we import the model  and further trainin it with objects ID1, ID2, ID3 to improve the accuracy, if yes please elaborate how.
