DFPlayer Pro stopping working (DFR0768)

Hello I am trying to develop a new project and use this device.

But, after it as worked ok for some cycles sundnly it stops to work with out any reason.

If I connect it to the PC it detects, works as sound card and I can add files, when it is connect just to power it does not work and stands like a loop in the begining message.

So i tryed a new one and the same problem occurs, so it must be someting wrong with the devices.

Is it possible to reflash it?

So no reason for this to fail bu it does how can I resolve this?

Any other option besides the voltage level?

Could you please kindly explain the way you use it? also, could you please try the code on our Wiki? To verified the basic function of this module is ok or not.

Hello bidroini,

The power should not be a problem as I am using a powerbank of 10000mAh.

Any other suggestion?

I think the power supply is not sufficient. Kindly check the current and voltage ratings of the power supply that you're using.
