Any Luck Using J5create jcd401 for the usb-c displayport?

I just got my jcd401. Power delivery to the LP Delta is working fine. The HDMI is working too. The USB-C is working as a data port (i was able to connect a usb drive using an adaptor), but the USB-C is not working as a displayport (alt mode). Do i have to activate displayport/ alt mode or something?
Also, the USB3.0 is not working at all as far as i can tell.

Hi
I have check the data sheet of JCD401, this hub need USB4 support to unlock full function. However, the usb-c port on LP is usb3.0. Which may not work for this hub.
