Raspberry Pico and General Display Interface

I'm a new user of Circuitpython on a Raspberry Pico. I have a DFRobot terminal block board with a GDI, and  a Fermion 128 * 160 tft display (also with GDI). 

I'm looking for Circuitpython examples, or help with specifying the connections in a script. 

All help and advice greatly appreciated.
