Sen0257 unable to calibrate

Hi All.

I am using an Arduino Uno with the Sen0257 gravity water pressure sensor and have Downloaded the code, but i am unable to calibrate ie:- set off set as voltage is yo-yoing all over the place, also it doesn't seem to have any effect when i do change off set, what am i doing wrong.
