Hi,
I need the sensor's schematic for a project but there're errors on the one given. Is it possible to have a correct one? Thank you.

No, its range is still in 0~1023, and most analog sensor are also 0~1023

There is no documentation to show the purpose of the potentiometer on the device. When I connect it to my microcontroller (Arduino Uno) and power it up, nothing is being read (0V). Once i adjust the potentiometer to a point at which I can see numbers, there is no consistency, with analog readings varying from 50 to 500 and back, despite no change in noise level. I am in a quiet environment with a stable noise level. What is going on here?!

This is an analog device, which is compatible with 3.3V and 5V operating voltage, If MCU has adc function, it will work.

Is the output of this sensor unit is a decibel?

Can I use this device with AVR?

Yeah, it is analog sensor. It should work directly.

Schematics error op amp IC1A,IC1B (input + and -) inverted !!! The board pcb is correct and functional. The Resistor R3 is 30K and not 1M.

Hi, It doesn't matter, You could check the schematic pin number, pin 3 is "+"; pin 2 is "-"

Audio analyzer is frequency divider, The sound is broken down into seven frequency bands. You could have a try.
