Hi, I really liked my 4WD MiniQ for the first few days, but then it stopped communicating with my computer. I tried multiple computer and multiple USB cables with no luck. No computer will recognize it when it's plugged in. Also, the one wheel assembly was missing a machine screw when I opened the box, so that wheel was moving around. I'm considering buying a handful for a class. Is there a warranty to cover the first one that I bought? My order ID was: 55456

Hi, Lesson #8 is IR remote control, but the Sample Code Pack doesn't seem to contain anything related with IR remote control in the Lesson 8 or 9 folder.

Hi, I would like to purchase 6 miniQ robots for a class, but the store web site seems to indicate I can only purchase 1 robot. Is that true? Why can't I purchase 6 in one order?
