Hi, for the part that says "When the on-board voltmeter displays the output voltage, press and hold the button on the right side for 4 seconds and then release it. The voltmeter and the output voltage indicator "OUT" will flash simultaneously, and the output voltage adjustment mode will be entered."

Instead of getting what the description says, I got a blank screen for the output and the LED does not flash. Same thing for the input. Am I doing this wrong?

Hi,

I have just hooked mine up and can't seem to get it over 19.2v output. maybe i'm missing something, asking too much from it? I have a 5v input. after 24v output.

Hi, The potentiometer of this product needs to be rotated many turns in order to have a more obvious voltage change.

LED backlight power is 6.24W,You can use it to drive the LED to work properly.

The voltage change is only related to resistance of the potentiometer, and that value can only be altered by physical way, so I don't think you can achieve your goal by using this converter.

Does the pot act as a gain adjustment or is it output voltage adjustment? If the input voltage steadily drops a bit (like in battery power applications), will the output voltage hold steady at the voltage you set at first? Or will it also drop?

No, the output would be stable to a certain value,no matter increase or decrease the input voltage.

I pluged mine into my 12v battery and the nob does not change the voltage and after a minuet one of the capasators poped and I'm afrade to go near it
