The WiDo can't detected by my computer. It only display arduino bootloader (COM5) for a while in device manager when I connect it on computer then it will be gone.
I've tried to change my laptop, change the USB cable, and update the driver but nothing happened.
Can you help me to fix this problem?

This board have wifi chipset problem.
Heavy load and certain network conditions which can cause the CC3000 wifi chipset(TI) to lock up, and cannot software reset.

JaneYu Awesome board, except for tiny amount of memory at ATmega32U4. Standard libraties for SD + RTC + CC3000 + WebClient = out of space.
JaneYu Yes, you can add the SIM800C shield since it only uses D12, which is not conflict with the pins used in WiDo.
JaneYu Hi, I bought both and received them. But i am not able to connect to the SIM800C Shield. I wrote techsupport but their answer was to maybe connect without a libary. But on how i can do this i dont receive an answer for over a week now. So i can connect to o the SIM800C and send an SMS ? When I try with Libary like in the Wiki, i cannot even compile it without error . Please help me.
Hello, I want to build the similar system like this, without the EC sensor, instead the TDS sensor.
Did you try to use the Wifi and SD card at the same time? Is there any problem of limited memory for including both libraries?
JaneYu I want to build a water properties measurement system. The basic function is to read the sensors (Temp, pH, TDS,...) and save results in SD card with time from a RTC module. However the Wifi connection is a nice feature for the future.
From some website, there are reports about problem of using the Wifi and SD Card on small board like UNO, due to the lack of memory for the Wifi and SD card libraries.
Is there any problem like this?

Hi, I'm using DFRobot_WiDo_Arduino_IOT_Board_DFR0321 (firmware version 1.28, drivepatch 1.13) with "Arduino Library" as web server with html pages stored in flash memory and placeholder to make the pages dynamic but, after a couple of hours the program crash while sending data (fastrprint method) or because the web server doesn't respond even if the board in connected to my home network. Have you checked the idle power consumption of this board? It seems that dfrobot doesnt know this spec.
JaneYu Do you guys do testing on your boards? the idle power consumption is almost 3Watts. Is this normal?
JaneYu It makes no sense to talking about the whole board power consumption without any condition. do you have any attachment shield?
JaneYu what is the idle power consumption and max consumption without any shield
Make sure you are plugging the sensors into the right ports
(Green/Red/Black cable) => digital port (green)
(Blue/Red/Black cable) => analog port (blue)
Also make sure you initialize the program correctly else you will see the wrong values.
JaneYu Hi DFRobot. I tried your suggestion given to Fajri, but I think my issue is bigger. The board is not responding (like it's busy doing something).
I used another Leonardo board with Arduino ISP to try reload the bootloader via ICSP header pins any way I can have my current board replaced since it's faulty?

Am having issues with my board today as well, RX light is solid, pin 13 LED is rapidly blinking and when connected to the PC via USB unable to detect COM port on Arduino IDE.
Have already disconnected everything from the board on suspecting that the board having issue.
JaneYu Is that any posibility to re-install the bootloader on WiDo to solve this problem?
