I have a couple of questions about this device: What is the maximum refresh rate (I know it won't be fast)? Also, what temperature ranges can it handle (both while on and when not in use - if that matters)? I have a need to implement an in-car display, so it would be subject to extreme heat in a closed vehicle in the summertime (interior temps upwards of 150F or more). I know that some LCD displays have problems with extremes of temperature, so I was wondering if this applied to e-ink displays as well. Thank you!

I tried to show pictures on this Display, but I get the Errors 3 or 4. Could you please give me a hint, where i can get explanations for the error-numbers of the display-driver?

Unfortunately the fonts are loaded on the NAND flash storage, which you find more information about here:

You can check out section 2.2 on how to change font values but does involve editing this NAND flash area.

Do you mean the Arduino Library, it is on this address: https://github.com/Arduinol...

The refresh rate is 0.5 Hz, and the temperature while working is 0-50℃

The controller chip still needs something.... and the MicroSD+controller.

I don't care about "controller" - I just want when power is OFF, my screen still keeps the picture.
