1. I want to know if the module with its components are assembled, or if it is the kit with components to be assembled ?
2. On the other hand I want to know the parameters of mounting holes, distances and diameter.
3. You sell the case ?

Have you follow the instruction and download all the drivers before using the module?

Yes. Even though this certainly does not look like the Adafruit kit your "instructions" point to.
