Thinking about installing these on the drive motors on a manufacturing line to determine if bearings are bad or motor brushes are wearing. basically I would set up a good/warn/eminent failure value and alert. anyone out there using these in a similar way? and input is appreciated.

Hi, can I connect this sensor to the Arduino Uno 33 BLE? I need to use it in analog mode to detect machine vibrations and calculate its FFT. Thanks in advance

I'm going to measure the vibration.
Is it possible to measure from 1 Hz to 10 kHz?
For example, if there is a vibration of 10 kHz frequency, does the sensor output also have a 10 kHz frequency?

You're using an ambiguous expression, and there's an expression in sen0209 that says "the piezo film sensor has a wide dynamic range (0.001Hz~1000MHz), but I can't find the data of film (LDT0-028K right?) used in sen0209. (at Meas-spec.com)

Is this sensor and module able to detect acoustic emissions in a polymer film? Thanks in advance.

hi. can this sensor produce negative value if it's bend to the opposite direction?

Hi,
No, the operating voltage is 5V.

Hi,
How strong is the vibration? I think it is able to detect. You can test and measure first and set a suitable threshold value.

Have you considered the life span this sensor would have if put it in this environment? Would this motor or bearings damage the film is the vibration is too big?
