We haven't tested it ourselves but from the specification it seems it should work with Jetson nano without any issues. Please check the python library on their documentation website and give it a shot.

I just check the docs and there is nothing about the low power mode. So I don't think it can achieve this. Or maybe, you can use a relay, when triggered, power the cam.
