There is no information about the Modbus registers and which Modbus functions that it supports. I don't really think this is Modbus protocol. I think you use the Modbus CRC only.
There is a LED on the unit, but it is not mentioned in any of the documentation.
JaneYu This sensor supports RS485, but the protocol is not modbus RTU, it uses it's own simple protocol, thus not compatible with modbus RTU libraries.
