Hello, I followed the tutorial on the Product wiki, it looks like it is accessing the SPI and attempting to transmit, however the received message is just all zeros. I am curious what OS is used for the tutorial? I am using the latest Raspberry pi OS and I have enabled the serial and SPI as instructed.

This shield could be used on the Raspberry Pi Zero W, it's just that the volume is not reasonable, and the screw holes are not in the right position.
But it does not affect normal use.
