Since after multiple tests, multiple configurations I can not communicate this module, it is installed on an Arduino Uno.
It has an external power supply of 12v. The SIM card is valid.
I cannot communicate with him with the serial port and do not respond to any command. The blue led flashes 1 times/second.
I think the module is defective.

On the SIM7000 series, 1 blink per second typically indicates the module is powered but not registered on a network. This doesn’t necessarily mean it's defective, but something is blocking communication or network registration. Press the PWRKEY button on the shield for 2–3 seconds, then release. This mimics the power-on sequence.
Observe LED changes.
