DFR0514 LCD Keypad hat - 3D model

Hello,

I would like to design (of find) a case for Raspberry Pi 3 B+ equipped with DFR0514 LCD RGB and Keypad hat.

Does anyone know where I can find a 3D model of that hat? Or, in alternative, an already made 3D file for a case?
