Lattepanda cant turn on after suspected power surge

Hi all!

Recently my lattepanda delta 3 stopped working and Im unable to turn it on in any capacity (no leds whatsoever) even when im powering it from a new usb-c. I suspect a power surge from the power supply unit it was previously plugged since the opta connected to the same psu got fried. 
Does the board comes with in-built power fuses I could replace and are there any ways I could salvage/repair it? Oh and side note there are no visibly burnt components
