How make UNIHIKER and PINPONG extensions already loaded at Mind+ start

When I open Mind+ to test UNIHIKER I must select everytime extensions like UNIHIKER or PINPONG with key Extensions on lower left Mind+ form.
Is it possible to automate this selection from a script or line command?

To streamline testing:
Save a blank project template pre-loaded with UNIHIKER and PINPONG libraries.
For testing purposes: Simply open this preconfigured project file instead of creating new instances.
