Can you use UART on LattePanda 3 Delta without Arduino?

I currently have Linux installed on a LattePanda 3 Delta, and I have a couple of sensors that I want to interact with. I know that you can build a UART bridge from the Arduino to the LattePanda, but that limits only one sensor for the UART. Both sensors have UART interface, so I am wondering if there are other ways to use UART on this board.
