Lark Weather Station, Problem of Automatic Ejection from any computer

I bought a Lark weather station to help with my environmental research. I have tried to connect it to different computers to read the weather data it records, but it cannot stay connected. I received the feedback shown in the window below. Could you please help me with this issue?
