INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE (0x7B)

I have a self installed Windows 11 on my Sigma and noticed some missing drivers in device manager. I assumed it was the Arduino but installed all of the drivers from the resource section just to make sure (won't be doing that again!).

My pc now won't boot. I've gone around all of the boot repair options with no success, but it seems that the problem may be with the nvme drive not being accessible (can see it in bios and through command line). Chatgpt sums up what it thinks:                 Turn Intel VMD back ON in BIOS

When you installed OEM drivers, Windows switched to:

iaStorVD / Intel VMD storage stack

Disabling VMD afterward creates a driver/device mismatch → 0x7B.

Windows cannot auto-fall back in this scenario.

This is a known Intel 11th–14th gen behavior.

Can I get a human interpretation and next steps please? There is no VMD setting in the bios that I can see. Controller mode is AHCI.
