Millimeter Wave Sensor UART Voltage

For the SEN0676 80GHz High-Precision Liquid Level Detection Sensor are the UART pins voltage at 3.3 volts are do I need to use a level shifter?  Trying to keep parts down in this design and was not sure if there was a simple divider on board.
