SEN0575_Gravity_Rainfall_Sensor with Honeywell Spyder Automation Controller

I am trying to use the above sensor to simply give me a pulse output that I can read with a fast analog input. 

Is this device capable of this?

How would I wire it?

P.S.  I know nothing about arduino, I just want to use this device to input into a homemade weather station
