DFR1125 Stretched Bar 4k display - direct eDP connection

I just want to confirm it's possible to connect the DFR1125 display directly to the Sigma without using the interface board which converts the signal and power to USBC.
Actually looks like i can avoid the adapter board as the Sigma is ‘standard' 40 pin 4-lane pinout and the screen is ‘standard’ 30 pin 2 lane pinout.
So it looks like this will work: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005010425776012.html
Dylan.Evans we haven't tested this. Do you have update on this?
As I had no reply here I figured I would order and if I have to then make an edp adapter.
I do have to.
The screen is the NV140XTM-N52 from BOE - datasheet here:

The Sigma's eDP is 40-pin. Sometimes they still line up by just plugging in the screen to one side, but alas no such luck.
The screens pinout:

Vs the Sigma's pinout:

So looks like I'm making an adapter board. Fun fun fun.
