IOTA POE Requirements

I was wondering if this board can be powered by POE+ instead of POE++ the switches for the company i work for only support POE+ and i would like to power one of these and the 11 inch touch screen over just POE+ if possible, i know i would have to limit the power a bit. Thanks in advance!
