Order not shipped after two weeks and DFRobot is ignoring my emails, is that normal?

Paid for my order on Jan 6, 2026, two tiny parts have been backordered (even though it did not say on their site that these parts are not in stock). DFRobot sent me an email asking what to do, I replied to them to send whatever is available right away.

 

The order has not yet been shipped, and there has been no response for two weeks now.

 

Is this normal for DFRobot, or am I being scammed here?
