Incorrect invoices on shipments and lack of response

Let me lay out the sequence of events here with regards to ORDER 345291:
* I place a large order with you* One tiny part is backordered - you ask me whether to ship the order or wait for the part* I respond that you must ship the order* you ignore my emails for more than two weeks, it turns out my emails end up in your SPAM folder - why do you have a SPAM folder, I will never know. You are too lazy to delete several spam messages and you risk ignoring your customers, just because you are LAZY?* I finally get through you and you ship the order in two packages* BOTH PACKAGES arrive at the customs with WRONG INVOICES - instead of providing the proper items' descriptions and prices, you lump everything together and split the price by the number of items in the package - you are too LAZY to write down everything properly?* I have sent you 3 (three) emails until now to ask for the correct invoices* YOU DO NOT ANSWER* the packages sit in customs and the storage fees are piling up every day
You are one of the laziest and most incompetent people I have ever worked with - you screw up on every turn.
Tell me, why should I not contact my bank and get a chargeback?
