Question About Using Gravity Sensors with Arduino for Beginner Projects

I’m fairly new to the DFRobot ecosystem and Arduino projects, and I’m currently experimenting with Gravity series sensors. I’d like to ask a specific question: when using a Gravity analog sensor with an Arduino Uno, is it recommended to power the sensor directly from the 5V pin, or is it better to use an external power source for more stable readings?

I’ve noticed some fluctuations in the sensor values during testing, and I’m not sure if this is related to power supply noise, wiring, or my code. Any advice on best practices for powering Gravity sensors, especially for beginner-level projects, would be greatly appreciated.
