Adding a Heat Sink to Gravity MOSFET Power Controller (DFR0457)

I’m using the Gravity MOSFET Power Controller (DFR0457) and I have a question regarding thermal management.
According to the documentation, it’s recommended to add an external heat sink when the current exceeds 10A, even though the controller is rated for up to 20A. However, I’m not sure what the proper way is to attach a heat sink to this board.
Is there a recommended heat sink size or mounting method for the MOSFET on the DFR0457? Can a standard clip-on or adhesive heat sink be used, or is there a specific accessory suggested by DFRobot? Also, are there any best practices (thermal pads, airflow, mounting orientation) to keep temperatures under control at higher loads?
Any advice or real-world experience would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!
