SEN0322 O2 Sensor readings jump around at 5v

The sensor is stable at 3.3v from my ESP32 but if I power it at 5.05v from a buck converter, it will report erratic readings bouncing between 19.6 and 21.9. What is the trick to running it at 5V?

Are you keeping all grounds common? Please check. The buck converter, the ESP32, and the sensor should have a common GND.
