45Kg Torque Brushless Servo (SER0062) Current requirements

At 8.4V, the website states a current of 7A is possible, however the connector that comes with this product (looks like a standard 3-pin dupont connector) is usually rated between 1-3A. We would also like to crimp JST_XH connectors which have a similarly low current rating.
It seems strange that a product would connectors unsuitable for its current requirements, so I was wondering if I'm missing something or if anyone else has experience using these servos. We do expect them to operate at a high load for their initial movement, which is why I'm particularly concerned.
