Inquiry Regarding TEL0148 V2.0 Usage Issues(CONFIG.TXT)

I purchased the TEL0148 V2.0 but am unclear on its specific usage.

I found online that powering the UART while an SD card is inserted will automatically generate a CONFIG.TXT file. However, after following this method, I connected the SD card directly to my PC to check the data and found no file generated.

As shown in the photo, the SD card has a 32GB capacity and is formatted as FAT32 MBR.

I would like to inquire why this situation occurs.

Additionally, when connecting the TEL0148 to the PC, a new device should be recognized under the Universal Serial Bus controllers in Device Manager, but there is absolutely no change. (This was tested with the module connected to the PC without an SD card inserted.)

When connecting the TEL0148 to the PC with the SD card inserted, it appears to be recognized as a USB device, but the SD LED on the TEL0148 module remains off.

Please help confirm this issue.
