thx. i just tested it and when USB-C is connected there is output on serial but after i disconnect power input serial stops too:( i wanted to simply discharge the batteries using that output without any power input. Any other options?

Hi,
After installing the batteries for the first time, you need to power the expansion board via DC or Type‑C to activate it. Then it will work normally.
This has nothing to do with the DIP switches.
