Why can't WebRTC run automatically

Hello! 

WebRTC defaults to a disabled state after a device restart and needs to be manually re-enabled. This design is tailored to user habits — many users have struggled to exit WebRTC once it’s enabled. We will add a switch control API for WebRTC in future firmware versions to improve this issue.
