SEN0575-rainfall sensor

Hello, 

I'm thinking about extending cable of SEN-0575 rainfall sensor device. More precisely, I'm thinking of extending cable between sensor device and PCB to about 15 m. On the other side I'm going to keep I2C/UART cable as short as possible. Any concerns about extending of the cable?
