Hi! The connector used for this camera module is BTB 0.50mm Pitch 180° H2.1mm Dual Rows SMT Type Mate Connector.

The connector i am talking about is the connector of the pcb between the mainboard and the camera module (lense).

Hi! The camera module uses a PH2.0-4P interface. We have matching extension cables: PH2.0-4P Female/Female Jumper Cable and  PH2.0-4P Male-to-Male Cable. But please note that excessively long cables may reduce communication stability.
