Is it normal to find white crystals around the probe cap upon delivery?

Yes. The probe cap contains a 3.3mol/L KCl protective liquid. Minor seepage around the cap can crystallize into a white substance during transit. This is completely normal and does not impact the lifespan, measurement error (±5%FS), or accuracy of the probe.
