An industrial-grade residual chlorine sensor designed for precise and reliable water quality monitoring. Featuring a highly integrated probe and housing, this lightweight unit delivers an intuitive deployment experience. It accurately measures residual chlorine concentrations—specifically hypochlorous acid and hypochlorite ions—ranging from 0 to 10 mg/L, achieving a high resolution of 0.01 mg/L and an accuracy of ±5%FS.

Equipped with an RS485 communication interface and full support for the standard ModBus-RTU protocol, the sensor ensures seamless integration into industrial IoT frameworks. Comprehensive tutorials are available for pairing the device with Arduino development boards and DFRobot LoRaWAN networks, facilitating rapid environment setup and real-time data monitoring.

To ensure immediate operational readiness, every sensor undergoes rigorous factory calibration, completely eliminating the necessity for secondary calibration upon installation. Built for harsh environments, the unit features an IP68 waterproof rating, allowing for prolonged continuous underwater submersion. This makes it a highly effective solution for tap water monitoring, drinking water treatment processes, and swimming pool disinfection systems.
Important Maintenance Note: The probe cap is sealed with a protective liquid (3.3mol/L KCl) to preserve the electrode. Occasional seepage may occur around tightly secured caps, resulting in the formation of white crystals. This is a standard chemical occurrence and does not compromise the lifespan or accuracy of the probe. It is recommended that any crystallized material be carefully brushed or poured back into the protective liquid within the cap.
