Raspberry Pi 5 UPS Board Wrong Battery Capacity

I saw that there was another post similar to this https://www.dfrobot.com/forum/topic/399024.  However. I have had my batteries discharge down to one light and charged them all the way back up to full. The merged-trixie.py script seems to be giving me the wrong capacity.  For instance, I currently have 1 light on and it says 0.0 and before like 1.2ish.  Is there something I need to do?
