DFR1015

Hello,

I am designing a PCB for the DFR1015 DC-DC multi-output buck converter (3.3/5/9/12 V), and I need the exact positions of the soldering holes.

The dimension drawing on the product page shows 23.368 mm between the left and right hole columns, and 10.922 mm between the pairs. Please confirm:
1. Is the 10.922 mm measured between the two inner holes (the lower hole of the "-" pair and the upper hole of the "+" pair), or between the first hole of each pair?
2. Is the distance between the two holes of each pair 2.54 mm?
3. Which side is IN and which is OUT?

If you have a PCB footprint (KiCad, Altium) or a 3D/STEP file for the module, I would be grateful for a link.
