DFRobot Wifi Shield 2.2

I am new to Arduino and Wifi Shield and basically my project is to make a Wifi controlled Car.
I ordered a Wifi Shield V2.1 and today in my shipment i got a Wifi Shield V2.2 which i am not complaining about but just wanted to know whts the difference in V2.1 and V2.2?
And Can someone direct me to where i should start off using this Wifi Shield. Like a step by step tutorial.

I just bought the wifi shield and I can not configure it, I just I have to do a car controlled by wifi, but the wifi shield unresponsive when trying to set it up, I'm trying to do in PuTTy and connect it tells me error, I would like know if you could set it up and how you did it.

Not sure where a v2.2 shield came from? I have checked our stock and all the shields are marked V2.
The best place to start for any dfrobot product is the product page and wiki, has all the info you need to get started...
