2A Motor Shield + Graphic LCD4884 Shield??

Hi,

I'm an Arduino newbie here and i have an Arduino Uno with the "2A Motor Shield For Arduino" (Product Code: DRI0009) hooked up to a stepper motor.

I was wondering if it is possible to stack the "Graphic LCD4884 Shield For Arduino" (Product Code: DFR0092) onto this? Will they interfere with each other?

Thanks in advance
Vincent

2013-05-17 12:51:20 You could stack the shields just fine. But you would need to plug some wires in the jumpers Phoebe mentioned. Female to female like:

Wires from the jumpers on the motor shield to the digital pins 8,9,10,11 on the LCD digital pins on the side.

Yes, but you should pay attention to pin using. The LCD shield use pin 2,3,4,5,6,7. The Motor shield use pin 4,5,6,7 default. But you can change pins of motor shield to 8,9,10,11. Just take off the 4 jumper caps and use jumper cable to connect to Digital 8,9,10,11 ;)
