Romeo v1.1 power supply via VIN

Hello!
I stuck with a little problem with Romeo v1.1, when I supply power via VIN and GND on the board I got ~3.5V on other 5V pins (same with MVIN). When I supply power via USB or Power Jack I got 5v on all 5V pins. There is no such problem with Romeo v0.9 (ATMega168 version). Any advice, please?
Thanks!

There is a way that you can power 5V directly to the analog pin '' 5V & GND''. So that you can get 5V from digital & Analog pins.

There is no way to power Romeo with regulated 5V without using Power Jack or USB? Powering via jack or USB look a bit ugly in my project, but if there is no way - I'll use it.

If you want to use VIN or MVIN to power supply, the voltage should between 7 to 12V . I think you just power 5V
, so the IO pins just get 3.5V
