ph meter problems

Hello

I can contact you because I buy a kit ph meter (SEN0161)

and whatever I do that it shows me 17.3 ph

yet the connection is ok I do not know what to do

Could you attach a photo about your hardware connection?
It is better to change another Analog pin, and try again. Because 17.3 convert to voltage is almost close to 5V. So your analog pin has been set high. Grey.CC

First of all ph meter is supplying 5VDC

Could you use a cable to connect two BNC pins together?
The PH value will be 7 at that time.

And please check the voltage. it needs very accurate 5V power supply.
