Compatibility with micro:bit enables intuitive programming through graphical platforms while maintaining flexibility for advanced development. With support for expansion modules such as Gravity: HUSKYLENS and mechanical add‑on kits, this robotics learning platform provides an accessible pathway for coding education, autonomous navigation experiments, and competitive robotics activities.

Flexible Power and Durable Classroom Design

The upgraded Maqueen platform introduces two power configurations to support different teaching environments. The AA battery version accepts either 1.5V alkaline batteries or 1.2V Ni‑MH rechargeable batteries, while another variant supports a 3.7V 18650 lithium cell for extended operation. A deeper storage case accommodates the fully assembled robot, simplifying equipment management in schools.
