Aluminum Active Cooler for LattePanda Mu Compute Module

The LattePanda Mu Active Cooler is a high-quality cooler designed specifically for the LattePanda Mu compute module. It allows for perfect integration between LattePanda Mu and the carrier board, enabling you to freely build various DIY projects. Installation steps:

1. Remove the three spring screws of the Active Cooler and peel off the phase change material protective film.

2. Align the CPU of the LattePanda Mu with the phase change material of the Active Cooler and align the screw holes.

3. Tighten the three spring screws in a circular motion until the installation is complete.

Be careful not to fully tighten one screw before loosening another, as it may cause damage to the CPU chip due to uneven force.

Note: Compatible solely with the LattePanda Mu model.

2. When installing or removing the cooler, the LattePanda Mu must be powered off.
