This LattePanda Mu Ultra Active Cooler is designed specifically for the LattePanda Mu Ultra x86 compute module. The active cooling assembly combines an aluminum alloy enclosure, a built-in fan and pre-installed thermal pads to support heat dissipation from the processor during operation.

Active Cooling with a Built-in Fan
The built-in fan operates at 5V and 0.35A, with a maximum rotational speed of 5300RPM. The PH2.0-4P connector and 80mm±5mm cable provide the electrical connection to the compatible LattePanda Mu Ultra system.
Aluminum Alloy Enclosure with Pre-installed Thermal Pads
The aluminum alloy enclosure is paired with pre-installed thermal pads that fit against the compute module during installation. Protective films on the thermal pads must be removed before the cooler is mounted.
Spring-Screw Mounting
Three spring screws secure the cooler to the LattePanda Mu Ultra compute module. Alternately and gradually tightening the screws distributes mounting force during installation and reduces the risk of processor damage caused by uneven stress.
Compatibility Notice
This active cooler is compatible only with the LattePanda Mu Ultra compute module. This cooler is not compatible with the original LattePanda Mu compute module.
Designed as a dedicated cooling accessory for LattePanda Mu Ultra, this active cooler provides the matching dimensions, mounting points and connector required to add active processor cooling to a LattePanda Mu Ultra system.
Installation Steps
1. Remove the three spring screws from the cooler and peel the protective film from each thermal pad.
2. Align the mounting studs on the cooler with the screw holes on the compute module, ensuring that the cooler fits snugly against the module.
3. Alternately and gradually tighten the three spring screws until the cooler is securely fixed in place.

Safety Notes
1. This product is an active cooler with a built-in cooling fan.
2. Power off the LattePanda Mu Ultra compute module before installing or removing the cooler.
3. Avoid direct skin contact with the cooler enclosure during operation to prevent burns.
4. Do not fully tighten any single screw at once. Uneven mounting stress may damage the processor.
