Q: How long does shipping take from the US warehouse?

A: Generally, expect delivery within 2-5 business days for addresses in the US West and 3-7 business days for the US East.

Q: What shipping carrier do you use for US warehouse orders?

A: We primarily use UPS Ground for reliable delivery.

Q: If a product I need is out of stock in the US warehouse, how long until it's restocked? Can it be faster than the estimated 5 weeks?
